What the service involves

A GVW change to 2490kg in Germany is not “paperwork and tweaking numbers”!

The work is carried out by a German Institute of Automotive Technology, with full technical documentation confirming the changes made to the vehicle's parameters.

As a result of the procedure you will receive a new type plate and a complete set of new German Briefs confirming the vehicle's new GVW. On their basis the vehicle can then be admitted to road traffic in Poland or in any other EU country.

What the service involves

A GVW change to 3500kg consists of comprehensively preparing the vehicle and then submitting it for assessment to a German Institute of Automotive Technology, which carries out an individual technical expert assessment and prepares documentation confirming the changes made to the vehicle's parameters.

As a result of the procedure the owner will receive a complete set of new German Briefs (GVW 3500kg) together with a new type plate.
